The Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive our growth by building and managing relationships with enterprise clients. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, helping organizations understand and implement our AI solutions to transform their operations.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with our product, technical, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that drive significant value for our enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting to closing complex, high-value deals.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of enterprise organizations.

• Develop and execute account strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.

• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to create compelling proposals and solutions.

• Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to technical and business audiences.

• Navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus among multiple stakeholders.

• Forecast sales activities and revenue accurately while maintaining detailed opportunity and account records.

• Participate in industry events and contribute to the company's market presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.

• Proven experience selling AI, ML, or enterprise software solutions to large organizations.

• Strong understanding of enterprise software, AI/ML technologies, and digital transformation.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

• Experience with enterprise sales methodologies and tools (CRM, sales enablement platforms).

• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a history of managing complex sales cycles.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.

Nice to Have

• Experience in selling to financial services, technology, or manufacturing sectors.

• Background in consulting or solution selling.

• Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications.

• MBA or relevant business degree.
