What is an AI investigations operator?
An autonomous agent that works your case files. It reads every document and record in the case, builds the timeline, links people, accounts and bank details across files, lists what is still unknown and drafts the next steps for your investigators to approve.
Can it review video or call recordings?
It works from documents and records: PDFs, emails exported as files, statements, spreadsheets and logs. Video and audio files can be added to a case, but it does not watch or transcribe them. Add transcripts when you have them.
How do we check what it found?
Each entry in the timeline and the summary names the file and the page or row it came from, so an investigator can open the source and check it. Nothing is final until a person approves it.
Does it act without approval?
No. Sending a message or writing to an external system waits for a person's yes, a declined action is not retried, and every run is logged end to end: input, output, tools and user.
Which systems does it connect to?
Alomana has 20+ connectors, including SharePoint, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, Jira and Slack, activated per deployment. Your case management system connects through a remote MCP server.
