Systems engineering · requirements and compliance

Every requirement keeps its source.

An operator links each requirement to its source clause and to the test that proves it, flags what does not hold, and drafts the fix for your engineers to approve.

Six moves on every requirement set

Each one used to wait for the engineer who knows where every document lives.

  1. 01

    A specification arrives

Extracts each requirement with the clause it came from

  2. 02

    A standard applies

Maps its clauses to the requirements they touch, with citations

  3. 03

    Two documents disagree

Flags the conflict and drafts the question to the owner

  4. 04

    A requirement has no test

Flags it and drafts the test case for review

  5. 05

    Something changes

Lists every requirement, design note and test it touches

  6. 06

    A review is coming

Builds the traceability matrix and drafts the compliance file

How the operator traces a requirement set

  1. Step 01

    Connect

Specs, standards, design and test records.

  2. Step 02

    Trace

Links every requirement to its source and its test.

  3. Step 03

    Approve

You sign off. It writes back and logs it.

Sheet 04 / 06Approval

Nothing is written back without a yes.

  • Approval before every write or send
  • Every requirement shows its source clause

Questions on the drawing

What is an AI requirements operator?

An autonomous agent that works your requirements. It reads the specification, the standards you license and your design and test records, links each requirement to its source clause and to the test that proves it, and flags what does not hold. Your engineers approve every write.

Does it replace DOORS, Polarion or Jama?

No. It works alongside them, from their exports and your documents, and writes the traceability matrix to a spreadsheet. Requirements tools connect through a remote MCP server where one is available.

Which standards can it work with?

The ones you provide: ISO 26262, DO-178C, IEC 62304, your customers' specifications and your internal rules. It reads the copies you license and cites the clause behind every mapping.

Does it write to our systems without approval?

No. Creating a ticket, editing a page or sending a message waits for a person's yes, and every run is logged end to end: input, output, tools and user.

Is our engineering data safe?

Alomana is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant, and your data is never used to train AI models. Enterprise deployments run single-tenant, in a dedicated instance.

How long does it take to deploy?

A custom requirements operator typically goes live in up to 4 weeks, including validation and integration.

Bring one specification.

Talk it over with sales: what the operator needs from your systems, and how it goes live.

Alomana is a secure enterprise AI platform where autonomous agents, called operators, run business processes end to end. Every run is fully auditable.
