How it works

  1. Connect

The CIM, the export, your memo.

  2. First pass

    Read, recompute, draft.

  3. Decide

    Filing waits for a yes.

The deal team decides.

Your IC decides.

  • Each figure and flag names the file and page it came from
  • Numbers computed in code, never guessed
  • Drafts for your team to review and change
  • The go/no-go stays with your IC

Nothing is filed or sent without a yes.

  • Uploads to SharePoint or Drive wait for a person's yes

Questions deal teams ask

What is a due diligence operator?

An autonomous agent that does the first pass on a deal. It reads the CIM and the data room, recomputes the key numbers in code, lists red flags and questions for management, and drafts the IC memo, databook and deck for your team to review.

Which files can it read?

PDF CIMs of up to 600 pages, Word, Excel, CSV and PowerPoint files, uploaded or read from SharePoint or Google Drive. A virtual data room connects through an export to SharePoint or Drive, or through a remote MCP server.

How do we check what it wrote?

Each figure and red flag in the draft names the file and page it came from, so an analyst can open the source. Numbers are recomputed in code rather than copied, and every run is logged: input, output, tools and user.

Does it make the investment decision?

No. It drafts and shows its sources. Your deal team reviews and your IC decides. Uploading a file to SharePoint or Drive, or posting to Slack, waits for a person's yes, and a declined action is not retried.

Can it follow our memo template?

Give it a memo you already use and it drafts in that structure, writing Word, Excel and PowerPoint files your team edits. Matching your house formatting exactly is part of setting up a custom operator, which typically goes live in up to 4 weeks.

Is our deal data private?

Alomana is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant, and your data is never used to train AI models. Enterprise deployments run single-tenant, in a dedicated instance.

Bring a deal you have closed.

Talk it over with sales: what the operator needs from your systems, and how it goes live.

Alomana is a secure enterprise AI platform where autonomous agents, called operators, run business processes end to end. Every run is fully auditable.
