Six moves on every data room

Each one used to wait for an analyst reading file by file.

A data room arrives
Reads every file and sorts it: title, leases, rent roll, permits, surveys, reports
Documents disagree
Cross-checks areas, rents and dates across files and flags each gap
A lease hides a clause
Finds the breaks, caps and amendments that change the rent roll
The title carries a charge
Lists every encumbrance in the registry extract and asks for the discharge
A document is missing
Drafts the request to the seller's counsel
The committee needs a memo
Writes the findings memo, each flag with the file and page it came from

Questions

What is an AI due diligence operator?

An autonomous agent that works a deal's data room. It reads every file, cross-checks the rent roll, leases, title, survey and permits, flags what blocks the deal with the page it came from, and drafts the requests for anything missing. Your team signs off.

Does it replace our lawyers or surveyors?

No. It does the reading and the cross-checking, so your counsel, surveyor and underwriter start from a list of sourced flags. They decide and sign, as they do today.

Does it pull land registry or cadastre records?

It works from the documents in your data room, such as registry extracts, title reports and cadastral certificates, and can search public web pages such as a municipality's planning portal. It does not query official registries directly.

Does it contact sellers or counterparties without approval?

No. Sending a message or writing to an external system waits for a person's yes, and every run is logged end to end: input, output, tools and user.

Which systems does it connect to?

Alomana has 20+ connectors, including SharePoint, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Snowflake, PostgreSQL and Slack, activated per deployment. Other systems connect through a remote MCP server.

Is our deal data private?

Alomana is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant, and your data is never used to train AI models. Enterprise deployments run single-tenant, in a dedicated instance.
